Our award-winning program creates positive social change by supporting youth living in low-income communities to overcome barriers to education, graduate from high school, and build the foundation for a successful future.
Tracey Taylor-O’Reilly
President & CEO
Tracey is a thought leader and social entrepreneur with two decades of experience in education leadership. She has a deep understanding of pragmatic ways to facilitate transitions through education for diverse groups that fit outside of traditional systems, by ensuring they have access to personalized learning tools, supports, and resources. Most recently, she led the creation of York University’s School of Continuing Studies, launched in 2015 to address Canada’s largest labour market gaps. Tracey’s leadership style focuses on unlocking the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to deliver strong and resilient social programming.
Pauline Yick
Chief Operating Officer
Pauline has a diverse and accomplished background in operations, strategy, and leadership in the non-profit and healthcare sectors. She has a proven track record of strong financial stewardship, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Pauline also has extensive cross-sector experience in research operations, having held previous positions at Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR), the University Health Network (UHN), the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR), and the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES).
Subagini Sivapatham
Chief Impact Officer
Subagini has over two decades of non-profit leadership experience in organizational strategy through impact-programming, brand building, integrated marketing, client experience, and business development. Prior to joining Pathways, she held leadership roles at non-profit organizations including Artscape, Futurpreneur Canada, and the Newcomer Centre of Peel. Subagini also served on the Advisory Board for both the Women’s Economic Council and the Access Employment Entrepreneurship Program, and is the current Co-Chair on the Board of Directors for Applaud.
As the governing body of Pathways to Education Canada, the National Board of Directors oversees our policy development, sets our strategic direction, and monitors our performance against our goals.
